A Belgium leek that can resist up to -25C

This variety, from Belgium, is extremely resistant to cold. It was bred to overwinter in conditions down to -25°C! This leek produces broad, stocky and relatively short stems. To save seed, leave 20 or more plants in the ground through the second spring and summer. Large, beautiful, globe shaped flowers attract pollinators. Isolate from other leeks by at least ½ mile. Great for autumn and winter.
