Winter cauliflower d'Angers is a heirloom cauliflower variety, great for autumn and winter sowing, which originates from the French region of Angers. This hardy cauliflower variety produces big white heads, tasty, that can be harvested in early spring from April.

Sunlight: Full sun

Soil requirement: clay rich and hummus rich

Sowing and cultivation: Sow indoors from July or February. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil. Transplant out when the plants have 4 to 5 leaves, every 50 cm in rows 50 cm apart, without burying the stem too much. For sowing in the ground, sow lightly in rows 50 cm apart. Thin out to 50 cm on the line.
