Chive with large dark green stem. Mid-early. Vigorous and uniform growth. the foliage is stiff and slender with a thick, upright stem. Chives belong to the Amaryllidaceae family. It is a perennial or annual condiment plant, forming tufts of fine, pointed and hollow dark green leaves. Height of 25 to 30 cm. The flowers are edible. Sweet fragrance close to onion and garlic. Resistant to yellowing and bolting. It can bloom in small purplish pink "pompoms", they will then have to be cut. Can be sown in pots. As winter approaches, mow your chives close to the ground.
