A mid-season compact tomato 

Dwarf Mr Snow is a is a mid-season compact beefsteak variety from the DWARF TOMATO PROJECT. It produces an almost smooth fruit, slightly ribbed, ivory white colored with a pale pink blossom end when it ripens that can weigh between 120-240g and are fleshy with small cavities and few pips. The flavor is pleasantly intense and refreshingly tart with a hint of citrus. This tomato variety is a potato leaf plant and grows up to 1 m with good disease resistance. This variety originated from a cross made by Patrina Nuske Small between Golden Dwarf Champion and Green Giant in 2005, named Sneezy. This variety is ideal for container growing, balconies and small spaces and has been pledged to the OSSI (Open Source Seed Initiative) in 2017.

Soil requirement: Well drained and rich

Sowing and cultivation: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost.Sow seed in a propagator from March in warmth. Keep small plants in a sunny, frost-free environment until they can be planted in the greenhouse from late April or outdoors in late May. Leave 50 cm distance between plants.
