Introduced commercially in 2009, it's prized by sauce makers and seed savers for its meaty, low-acid flesh and rich, sweet flavor. This indeterminate, productive variety produces medium-sized, smooth, golden plum-shaped fruit with abundant flesh and few seeds — ideal for bright yellow sauces, roasting, and fresh eating. Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland. Amateur seeds not certified for commercial use.

Scientific Name: solanum lycopersicum

Plant Life Cycle: annual

Optimal Germination Temperature: 21-29°C

Germination time in days: 7-14 days

Indicative Days to maturity: 80-120 days

Sunlight: Full Sun

Soil requirement: Well drained and rich

Sowing and cultivation: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost.
