A radish with very long roots from Mallorca
Mallorca Long Radish is a radish with very long roots and a profusion of leaves. Radish leaves are edible and can be used to make pesto or add to soups. The radish root has a pink skin and white flesh. It is used together with the Pimiento Ros de Mallorca to compliment the paella and in salads such as the typical mallorcan trempo picadillo.
