Shirofumi soybean is an early variety of soybean. The plant produces white flowers and pods with two to three seeds each and can grow up to 36 inches tall. The seeds are pale-green to yellow. The seeds have a very good flavor and are used as edamame or can be dried for further use. They contain about 40% protein and 20% oil. Organic seeds.

Soil requirement: Sandy, hummus rich and well drained

Sowing and cultivation: Sow directly in place, every 8 cm, at a depth of 1 to 2 cm, in rows spaced 50 cm apart. Mound the plants 3 weeks after they emerge. It is possible to soak the seeds to facilitate germination.
