The vigorous sprawling vines produce an abundance of small dark green and light green stripes squashes that turn yellow with green speckles and a light orange flesh when mature. The squash weighs an average of 1.2 kg. This squash is great roasted when mature. In Syria, the squashes are picked young and are traditionally stuffed with rice and meat and cooked in tomato sauce or a yogurt mint and garlic sauce. This variety was one of the most productive and earliest variety we grew this year.
