Thai Green aubergine is a fabulous for cooking
Thai aubergine, with 30 cm long slender light green skin that does not need to be peeled. This very productive Thai green aubergine is great for cooking as its mild white flesh absorbs flavours well. Fabulous used in Thai curries and Asian dishes.

Sowing and cultivation: Start the Thai Green aubergine seeds indoors 8 to 12 weeks before last frost. Sow at 1/2 cm at soil temperature of 23C and lightly cover. Plant in polytunnel or Transplant out when they are at least two sets of leaves after danger of frost. It is advised to stake the plant. Space plants by 60-80 cm.
