First harvest Spinach is a fast growing heirloom variety of spinach. This variety produces arrow shaped green leaves, is suitable for winter and spring cultivation and grows very quickly.

Sowing and cultivation: Sow in open ground, from August to end of September or from end of December to February in lines spaced 25-30 cm apart, to a depth of 1-2 cm. Then thin to 10 cm at the stage of 4 to 5 leaves.
