Courgette Ortolana Di Faenza is an Italian Heirloom courgette variety, early bearing, bush type, that produces light green fruits with dark green streaks of about 10-20 cm long. The flesh is tender and delicious. This is a versatile vegetable used in stir-fries, soups, casseroles, salad, pickles. Great for roasting, stuffing or simply sliced for a gratin or BBQ. Great flavor. The flowers can also be eaten.
