Heirloom parsnip variety, with a long white and fleshy root. The fleshy root, when cooked,  pleasantly flavors soups and is used in stew, mashed, sautéed or fried. It is necessary to sow the seeds from the same year since parsnip seeds do not last more than one year.  For this reason, we advise not to buy large quantities if you are not going to plant them all.. We are very careful to provide you with "fresh" seeds, which is why we stock very few seeds and cannot distribute them out of season..

 Sowing and cultivation: Sow ideally from March to June. You can sow some also from July to september if you are in a mellow climate. It can stand temperatures of -29C. Sow the seeds directly in the ground in rows spaced 40 cm apart. Cover the seeds with 1 cm of fine soil. Compact the soil firmly to ensure good contact with the soil.
