An American tomato beauty from the 19th century!
White Beauty also called Snowball tomatoes or are extra smooth and beautiful.  It is an ancient variety native to the United States, created in 1860. White beauty is a medium to large size tomato. It weighs between 100 and 250 g. White beauty  is a fleshy tomato, a little ribbed on top, quite regular and a little flattened, which contains few seeds. The tomatoes grow in clusters of 5 to 10 fruits and are renowned for their sweet, citrus taste that is richer and more complex than many white types. The light yellow flesh of this tomato is clear and juicy with a flavor that is pleasant and sweet. The plant is quite productive with clusters of 5-10 tomatoes. Indeterminate type which will produce tomatoes throughout the season and require staking.

 Sowing and cultivation: Start indoors 6-10 weeks before last frost. Sow seed 1/8" deep in a propagator from March in warmth. Keep small plants in a sunny, frost-free environment until they can be planted in the greenhouse from late April or outdoors in late May. Space plants 60 cm apart.
