Cima di Rapa Leccese 60 is a heirloom broccoli rabe or rapini variety from the South of Italy renowned for its large florets and edible leaves. When picked young, its flavor is notably sweeter and production begins around 60 days post sowing. Leaves can be harvested within 35 days to be enjoyed raw or cooked. For optimal crop yield, the flowers should be regularly cut to stimulate continuous production.
