Italian heirloom variety. Late variety of carrot with a cycle of 150 days. Originally from Ticino in Italy. Carrot measures 14 to 16 cm long. The skin is purple on the outside and white on the inside and is beautiful with a very fragrant flavor. The color fades a little during the cooking process. It needs a well drained soil. Great carrot for storing.
