Anawine is an indeterminate tomato variety was selected by Didier Meunier, in France and is probably the result of an accidental cross between Brandywine and Ananas (pineapple) tomatoes. The fruits are striking, beefsteak type (up to 300g) with curved shoulders and with the most beautiful colours : yellow skin with a red blushing as they mature. The flesh is dense, juicy and mottled. A true feast for the eyes. And the taste... Excellent pineapple- like flavour.  The variety did well for us with very little maintenance. Amateur Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland, not certified for commercial use.
