Jaune Flammée Tomato, also known as Jaune Flamme, is a French variety introduced by Norbert Perreira of Helliner, France. Its name, translating to "Yellow Flame," perfectly captures its beautiful color and juicy, full-bodied and outstanding flavour. Each plant is highly productive, yielding large clusters of golf-ball sized tomatoes in shades of yellow and orange. Not only are they a sight to behold, their taste is both sweet and tart, making them delicious as a simple salted slice or a colorful addition to any salad. When cooked, their texture is perfect for sauces and pastes. Overall, this tomato is a standout in flavor and appearance, and was a favorite in our garden last year. Amateur Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland, not certified for commercial use.
