Dr, Wyche's Yellow tomato is a heirloom that was given to Seed Savers Exchange by the late Dr. John Wyche, The story goes that he used to own Carson & Barnes Circus and used to fertilize his terraced gardens with the elephant manure and tiger waste in a bid to keep out deer and rabbits. The Dr. Wyche's yellow tomato variety produces large meaty golden yellow tomatoes of up to 1 pound with a rich flavor. This is one of the best heirloom tomatoes. Indeterminate variety that will need support.
