Gondwana Moon is a Dwarf tomato variety from the Gondwana series of dwarf tomatoes. This variety was developed by Patrina Nuske Small after Australia prevented seed sharing possible within the Dwarf Tomato Project internationally. GONDWANA MOON is a strikingly beautiful dwarf tomato variety with small round golden fruit with dark purple patches and streaks, pale yellow flesh. The flavours are quite unique, a bit tangy with a touch of umami. Gondwana Moon was developed from a cross between Dainty F1 (Summertime Gold PL x Sleeping Lady) and Indigo Rose in 2012. We fell for the luminous and eclectic colour scheme, the unique flavour and the high productivity of the potato leaf plants which are less than 1 m high. One we recommend not just for the striking visual but also for the taste. This variety has been pledged to the OSSI (Open Source Seed Initiative). Amateur Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland, not certified for commercial use.

The OSSI is working to maintain fair and open access to plant genetic diversity worldwide and ensuring freedom to use these resources for farmers, gardeners, breeders, and communities of this and future generations. Free the Seed!
