Dwarf Stony Brook Heart tomato is a regular potato leaf dwarf tomato variety that bears medium to medium large heart shaped fruits, bright red with gold streaks. The tomatoes are meaty, paste-type, with dense flesh and well-balanced tomato flavour. This variety originates from a cross made by Craig LeHoullier, selected by Gina McDermott in 2017, between "Speckled Roman"  with "Wherokowhai".  Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland.

Sunlight: Full Sun

Soil requirement: Well drained and rich

Sowing and cultivation: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow seed in a propagator from March in warmth. Keep small plants in a sunny, frost-free environment until they can be planted in the greenhouse from late April or outdoors in late May. Leave 50 cm distance between plants.
