Lucullus swiss chard is a variety that is ideal for autumn and winter sowing. This swiss chard variety produces white stalks with light green foliage. It is very versatile in the kitchen as it can be used in a gratin, cooked in butter and cream, or stuffed with rice and herb and braised in vegetable and lemon stock.
