This conical-shaped radish seduces not only with its very unusual blue-violet color. Its flesh is white, tender and crunchy. Properly grown, it does not dig in more than it hardens. Good storage capacity. Its flavor, with a very mild spiciness, makes it an ideal radish for salads.
