Bacalan from Rennes Savoy Cabbage is an early cabbage variety with a medium sized compact head with conical shape and with blistered blond green leaves, surrounded only by a few rounded leaves. Do not harvest the head too big if you want to make the most of the wonderful texture of this cabbage.
