Seombadi, Dystaenia takesimana is a perennial Korean celery also know in Korea as sobadi, or dwaejipul, or wild celery, Ulleung Giant Celery or Korean Pig Plant. Dystaenia is an exciting perennial plant. Its mild celery-flavored leaves and stalk are tasty in soups. It is very nutritious and incredibly cold hardy. It also has value as a forage plant for animals. Please note  Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland.
