Royal Finger is a paste-type, elongated plum determinate tomato variety that typically reaches 0.8–1.2 m in height and benefits from staking. The Royal Finger tomato variety produces good yields of “finger-shaped” fruits, elongated, ranging from 7–15 cm long depending on growing conditions. These beautiful tomatoes are red, firm, thick-walled, and fleshy with few seeds. The taste is sweet, with a rich tomato flavour and low acidity, especially when fully ripened. These tomatoes caramelize beautifully when roasted and are excellent for saucing, and drying. When picked, they store well after harvest.
