Royal Finger is a paste-type, elongated plum determinate tomato variety that typically reaches 0.8–1.2 m in height and benefits from staking. The Royal Finger tomato variety produces good yields of “finger-shaped” fruits, elongated, ranging from 7–15 cm long depending on growing conditions. These beautiful tomatoes are red, firm, thick-walled, and fleshy with few seeds. The taste is sweet, with a rich tomato flavour and low acidity, especially when fully ripened. These tomatoes caramelize beautifully when roasted and are excellent for saucing, and drying. When picked, they store well after harvest. Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland.
