The Honey Boat Delicata Squash is an early winter squash variety developed by Dr. James Baggett of Oregon State University. The Honey-boat type squash is an oblong shaped squash that weights between 2 to 3 pounds on average and the skin is orange-tan with green stripes. The flesh is dry, deliciously rich and flavourful and very sweet making it ideal for making desserts. Due to scarcity, only one packet per order.
