Chuck's yellow tomato is an American heirloom first offered in the seed saver exchange catalog in 1995 and said to be named (source: Tomatofest) after the deceased gardener and seedsman Chuck Wyatt. The indeterminate beefsteak variety produce indeterminate regular leaf plants with good yields of large yellow orange golden tomatoes that are meaty, juicy and deliciously sweet. Chuck's yellow is a late variety with a 90 day cycle. The plant can reach up to 2 m and produces large tomatoes of 400 grams on average with excellent flavor. Chuck's yellow heirloom tomato was grown , harvested and seed saved in Cork Ireland.
