A French heirloom Cabbage that can be harvested early
Early Saint Jean Savoy Cabbage is an early cabbage variety with a medium sized compact head, a conical shape and with blistered blond green leaves, surrounded only by a few rounded leaves. Do not harvest the head too big if you want to make the most of the wonderful texture of this cabbage.
