Tokinashi is a heirloom vegetable from Japan that can be grown all year round. It has a very nice flavor and is strongly pungent. When mature, the Toninashi Daikon radish flesh is firm, white and crispy making it excellent for pickling, salads and cooking. This is a slow bolting variety that will do well in cool regions.
