Ananas Noir tomato aka Black Pineapple tomato, is a beef tomato variety that was created in 1998 by Pascal MOREAU, a horticulturist from Belgium. The Ananas noir tomato is known for its fantastic flavors and produces large ribbed fruit, weighing from 400-800 g, bronze green colored nuanced with black red. It has a thick and dense flesh, green nuanced with red and brown and the musky flavor of black tomatoes with spicy and fruity notes. Grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland.
