Aoyu Soybean Edamame is a 40cm height heirloom variety from Japan that produces an abundance of green pods which are eaten whole like “snow peas” and whose seeds are also green.

Sowing and cultivation: Sow directly in place, every 8 cm, at a depth of 1 to 2 cm, in rows spaced 50 cm apart. Mound the plants 3 weeks after they emerge. It is possible to soak the seeds to facilitate germination.
