This Italian heirloom variety produces an abundance of red-spotted buff-yellow pods, up to 12 cm long, containing 5-6 white grains streaked with red-violet. The plants are sturdy, erect, and about twenty four inches in height. The best time to harvest the beans to enjoy their taste is when the pods have reached 5 inches long. Organic seeds.

A strong, sturdy trellis such as a fence panel to support the plant foliage is recommended.
