A pink celery to brighten your soups and salads
This heirloom Asian variety produces plants about 40cm tall with thin pink ribs. Eaten raw, this celery has a crunchy texture and a pronounced taste. When cooked, it becomes more tender and sweet. This variety has a stronger taste than European type green stem celery.
