Comstock purple chilli pepper is as beautiful and colorful as some of the most spectacular sunsets. We waited in awe as this capsicum annuum went from vibrant green and purple to different shades of wavy red and purple. This pepper was bred by Matthew Arthur in the US and is surely one of the most striking pepper we grew in 2024. The Comstock purple chilli pepper pods are about 6 cm long, grow upright and form stunning little flame-like pods over a green light plant 🌿🌿. The chilli peppers are thin-walled with a moderate heat level ranging from 30.000 to 50.000 SHU. This is one for a spicy salsa or for a beautiful ground chilli powder.
