Hard to find, almost extinct variety that is very tasty and fragrant. French heirloom first recorded pre-1885. The name translated means "Delight of the Table". Sowing and Cultivation: Start seeds indoors from the end of March to May, sow 3 seeds per pot at a depth of 1 cm, the tip directed downwards. Place the buckets in a heated mini-greenhouse or a propagator. Germination temperature of the seeds is between 24 and 35°C. Seeds should sprout between 10-15 days. When the seedlings have developed their first set of true leaves, select the most vigorous plant and transplant the other two into 2 new pots to give each of the seed more space. After the last frost, plant the seedlings in the polytunnel. Do not let the soil dry out too much.
