Heirloom variety cultivated since Antiquity, fine round pod 25/30 cm long eaten young as mangetout beans. Produces small creamy white beans with a dark umbilicus, eaten dry, with a good flavor. Easy cultivation even in poor soil, tolerates drought well, reproducible seeds, 50/60 cm.
