A golden celery to brighten your soups and salads
Considered a prized Italian heirloom, Celery Dorato D'Asti, also known as Golden celery of Asti, is native to the alluvial plain of the Tanaro and Asti area. With vigorous plants and golden green leaves, this variety has been mentioned in agricultural competitions since the turn of the century. Its golden central ribs whiten as it is cultivated, and it boasts excellent organoleptic properties, providing a delicious taste and aroma with minimal fibrousness. When fully mature, this celery can reach weights of 1 to 1.5 kg, making it a popular choice in markets.
