Called Cuatro Morros pepper is a catalan variety of peppers. The fruits are large, rectangular with what look like 4 noses, sweet and very aromatic. Ideal for roasting, as it has double flesh and thick skin. High yield and good post-harvest conservation. Raw consumption provides a large amount of Vitamin C.
