Hot Biscuits Amaranth produces stunning vibrant bronze grain plumes on 100-120 cm tall plants. They are excellent as cut flowers for bouquets. The Grains are edible and high in proteins. This is a show stopper in the garden.

Sowing and cultivation: Sow in trays, under a very bright shelter. Cover the seeds very lightly and keep moist. When the plants have 3 to 4 leaves, transplant in pots or in the ground, in well warmed soil, 60 cm in all directions. It is also possible to sow directly in place, in rows spaced 60 cm apart. Thin out to 60 cm on the row.
