Indian pumpkin squash is a heirloom pumpkin variety from India. This popular Indian pumpkin grows on large vines and produces flattened round shaped fruits, with pronounced ribs and a light orange to salmon colored skin with sometimes grey to green undertones that weigh up to 3 kg. Its flesh is light orange, sweet and flavorful.
