- Nero di Toscana (Tuscan Kale):
Also known as "Dinosaur Kale," this variety features elegant, dark green leaves with an almost black hue and smooth rims. Its flavor is remarkably delicious, reminiscent of broccoli, making it perfect for fresh salads or sautéed dishes.

- Green Curly Kale:
This finely curled, medium-green kale is a winter garden treasure. With a rich, sweet flavor enhanced by frost and packed with vitamins, it’s ideal for hearty winter soups and crisp kale chips.

- East Frisian Palm Kale:

Sowing and cultivation:  Sow seeds 1-2 cm deep in regular compost indoor from the beginning of March to May and place in a propagator or a sunny window sill. Transplant when large enough to handle after the last chance of frost has passed
