A sweet Heirloom melon from America
Minnesota Midget is an American Heirloom cantaloupe melon variety. This early variety of melon has a sweet and juicy orange flesh with full cantaloupe melon flavor, a thick rind and produces good crops under the right conditions. Melons love sandy soil and heat therefore it is best to grow them in a south facing garden and a well draining soil.
