Milder Spiral chili pepper is a traditional high yielding chili pepper from Hungary that produces long, spiral-shaped, and hook-like narrow chili peppers that start green, and turn yellow then red when mature. The milder spiral chili pepper has a mild flavor with a heat level of about 1000 SHU. This pepper is very versatile and can be used fresh, for pickling, grilling and even frying. It can be picked at any stage however is said to be best when yellow.
