The plant can reach more than two meters in height. It is planted in October and between February and from May the peas begin to be harvested. A second sowing can be done at the beginning of February and the season lasts until May. The pods contain between 4 and 10 peas, slightly smaller than conventional ones. They are mainly distinguished for their sweetness and tenderness. More resistant to frost than other varieties. Adapt widely to any use in the kitchen.
