Rapa senza Testa is a heirloom turnip or rapini variety from Italy. it is also called Turnip green and is grown for its edible leaves with a strong flavor. This variety does not produce bulbs. The leaves are best picked when young and tender ick when small and tender and be eaten steamed or in salads.
