The Rhubarb chard is a beautiful and ornamental swiss chard that will stand out in the garden, The bright red stems along with the light green leaves are delicious in soups, gratins, cooked in butter, stuffed with ricotta cheese and lemon to name a few ways of cooking them. Please note they will loose their bright red color when cooked.
