Fennel Romanesco is a late and hardy variety of bulb fennel, very productive. It produces large round bulbs weighing between 500 g to 1 kg with white, firm and thin flesh and a crunchy and tender texture. Its flavor is sweet and taste anise. This is a slow bolting variety.
