Samurai Red carrot is a Japanese heirloom carrot variety with 10-12" long glossy deep scarlet and tapered roots and sweet, tender, and juicy taste. This variety is known for its high levels of anthocyanin, which gives it its vibrant red color. It is typically planted in late summer or early fall for a winter harvest. Please note only 1 packet per order.
