Syrian 3 ribs pepper is a heirloom variety from Syria. We got the seeds during a seed exchange with fellow seed sovereignty members. The fruits are medium size, rectangular with what look like 3 prominent ribs, with a thick flesh, very aromatic and a surprisingly good level of heat for a pepper of this size. It has quite a good yield and post-harvest conservation. Seeds grown and seed saved in Cork Ireland. This is a conservation variety, This variety is not widely available so there will only be one packet per order.
